We believe that each individual is unique. Consequently, each treatment plan and metamorphosis in recovery must be unique, too. As we work to recreate joy and to instill patience, self-awareness, and responsibility in those who are suffering from addiction, we understand and address the specific intricacies of each individual's history. Each personalized care plan will include specialized therapies suited to your background and progress in recovery. Our highly qualified staff will work with you each week in individual therapy, group therapy, and ancillary programs. Together, we will design a weekly curriculum that meets your individual needs. Your weekly treatment plan will consist of three key group programs and two electives, in addition to any supplemental services you may require. Beyond your primary groups and electives, you will find within our program an array of specialty services, which include, but are not limited to: -Private Trauma-Conscious Yoga -Trauma-Conscious Massage -Reiki & Other Body/Energy Work by a Masters-Level Clinician -Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) -Family Programming & Specialty Counseling Services -Individual, Couple, or Family Equine Therapy Sessions -Private Acupuncture for Trauma & Addiction -Optional Therapeutic Excursions -Community Service Projects -Therapeutic/Healing Rituals for Grief & Loss -Nature-Based Therapy (in Collaboration with Local Nature-Based Resources) RECO's Mission

Groups
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Participants in CBT groups will develop a collection of skills and techniques to learn and recognize distorted thought patterns, identify their own automatic negative thoughts, and, through practice, counter these thoughts with more positive, realistic thoughts to decrease self-destructive feelings and behaviors. CBT offers the individual a deeper look into core beliefs about themselves, others, and the world. Understanding these core beliefs serves as the starting point to creating a new, more realistic, and positive framework for one’s life.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Used to treat a variety of mental health concerns, DBT focuses on four key principles. These concepts include mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation. All areas of DBT aim to strengthen relationships, to identify and tolerate pain, to stimulate awareness, and to recognize feeling. DBT offers the individual an opportunity to become fully aware of their own thoughts and behaviors, and the ways in which their behaviors have affected others. Focused on rebuilding positive foundations in behavior, DBT is a leading methodology in addiction treatment.

Rational Existential Therapy (RET)
Rational Existential Therapy (RET) emphasizes the importance of existence. Particularly in substance use disorder treatment, RET methodology asks clients to answer the tough questions. As clients get to know themselves in a secure, yet deeply personal environment, therapists guide them in setting reasonable expectations for their recovery. An aftereffect of substance use, many clients form irrational perceptions of themselves and the world around them, often overcompensating for the negative behaviors of their pasts.
