Who we serve
Logos Horizon is committed to supporting teens in their mental health journey. As a specialized Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (IOP/PHP), we serve adolescents and families who are navigating the challenges of mental health with compassion, expertise, and hope. Our program is specifically designed for teens ages 13 through 17 who are struggling with a variety of mental health issues. We welcome individuals from all walks of life, providing a safe and supportive environment where young people can build resilience, gain coping skills, and find hope.
How we serve
At Logos Horizon, we support teens through a structured, therapeutic program that includes group therapy, individual counseling, family support, and alternative techniques. Our team uses evidence-based approaches to help teens build coping skills, improve emotional health, and restore hope—all in a warm, encouraging environment.
