Who do we serve
Live Life Sober is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults and youth who struggle with addiction and substance abuse. Live Life Sober's mission is to support individuals in a community setting who are seeking recovery in order to live life to the fullest potential. Our program is centered around our belief that with connection, we can recover out loud. We will accomplish this by providing a psychoeducational approach on the disease concept of addiction. We will support people while they begin to explore, heal and experience the benefits of long-term sobriety and overall recovery. Our Approach
Our team of experienced counselors uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors.
