Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide structured, comprehensive care for adults 18 and older seeking intensive support for mental health or eating disorders. Our PHP offers five to six hours of therapy per weekday, and clients return home each evening. For a less intensive option, our IOP provides three hours per day, three days per week—ideal as a step down from PHP or as a supplement to traditional outpatient therapy. LiftWell integrates evidence-based therapies, including Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) to target perfectionism, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR to address trauma. Our multidisciplinary team provides individual and group therapy, dietary support, and psychiatric care for medication management. Clients also have access to a dedicated Wellness Coach, who guides them in skills development, life planning, and maintaining treatment goals.
