Neurobehavioral Therapy is the combination of neurofeedback and biofeedback. Neurofeedback is an advanced form of neuro-cognitive behavioral training which helps the brain increase it's overall efficiency. Neurofeedback is also known as EEG biofeedback and neurotherapy.
Biofeedback can calm the body as well as the mind. Biofeedback involves training your physiology or internal state. Doing this regulates stress patterns in our bodies which increases relaxation, reduces anxiety, improves overall performance, enhances focus, and improves sleep quality.
