Our IOP programs are intense. We also welcome you after completion of residential treatment or as part of a life change program including sober living, being a part of a 12-step program, or with/following legal problems. Stress, relationships, work/life balance, trauma, abuse, self image - managing all this and more is a phone call away.These groups are designed for the concerns unique to your gender identification and provides helpful tools to manage all the stuff that life brings your way. We have groups specifically for men, specifically for women, or specifically for those in the LGBTQ community. DAYS VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR GROUP. We look at ways to help you de-stress, to keep your cool, and to stay balanced so you feel better and respond better to the issues and pressures of daily life
YOUTH:Growth Recovery Adolescent Service Program
GRASP is our all inclusive adolescent intensive outpatient program. This programs include groups such as; DBT, Trauma, Substance Abuse, and Creative/Expressive Arts. These programs entail 3 days of group therapy and also individual counseling. Our goal for your adolescent is to have a program that encompasses all their needs to be the best they can be.This program accepts most major insurance and is eligible for our sliding fee scale.
