We are committed to providing ethical counseling, coaching, and therapy to assist you with the many obstacle’s life brings your way. We are focused on step by step goal designed approaches. Our qualified staff includes bilingual (English/Spanish/Arabic) providers. All of our providers have the training necessary to provide the service they provide. Our leadership team has a range of experience including university educators for student counselors and numerous national credentials. We have a large team of providers all of whom have their unique areas of specialized care. You will be placed with a provider who meets your unique needs. Our high quality providers integrate services with our psychiatric medication provider to provide that service when needed for any client. We work with all types of addictions and substance abuse through group and/or individual sessions including intensive outpatient programs. We also have individual and intensive outpatient programs for mental health, behavioral issues, mood and emotional regulation issues We treat ibipolar, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and many others. We are trauma informed and work with all types of adverse life experiences and traumatic events. We take family needs very seriously. We work with couples and families jointly or individually as needed. We also understand the unique needs of divorced families and blended families. We can help with court and DCS matters when necessary. We also understand the struggles of parents when a child is struggling with mental or emotional health issues. Lifeline provides numerous groups for various needs. Our groups can be accessed singularly or as part of a more intense program. Groups include DBT which focuses on emotional regulations, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and communication. Vets and First responders processing, Anger management, substance use and other addictions, adult gender specific self image/adverse and traumatic experiences (bullying, abuse, exposure to or witnessing traumas…), adolescent/teen empowerment processing group (life events, adverse events, traumatic events). GRASP is our all inclusive adolescent outpatient program. This programs include groups such as; DBT, Trauma, Substance Abuse, Life skills, Behavior Change, Communication, Cognitive skills, Expressive therapies. These programs entail 3 days of group therapy and also individual counseling with strong encouragement of family being involved as available and needed. This program encompasses a variety of programs to have your adolescents needs met. This program accepts most major insurance and is eligible for our sliding fee scale.
