A group for kids 8 to 12 years old that focuses on social skills, sharing emotions and working through stressors. A Parent group that focuses on support, resources, and coping skills for stressors related to parenting. Both groups meet monthly on the first Tuesday at 6pm. An adult group to gain support on family stressors meets weekly Wednesdays at 5pm.
