Liberty House strives to provide a unique combination of treatment modalities designed to target a variety of issues. Our groups focus on everything from yoga and breathworks to access client’s awareness of their bodies, to Anger Management to address deep- rooted resentments and maladaptive behaviors, to DBT to improve mindfulness, emotional awareness and regulation. Additional skills training is offered such as communication skills, life skills, and distress tolerance to help clients practice tangible coping skills in real-time. Groups focusing on addiction occur daily as well, such as relapse prevention, 12-step education, and 10 th step processing. Why
