Stigma is one of the most significant reasons that individuals today do not seek substance use and/or mental health use disorder treatment today despite the lives that continue to be lost due to overdose and suicide. At LMC, we provide a recovery oriented system of integrated care. In a safe, compassionate and caring environment, we offer the following services: Individual Counseling: Therapeutic process by which the patient meets one on one with a trained therapist in a safe, caring and confidential environment to explore feelings, beliefs, and behaviors that negatively influence their lives. Group Counseling: Therapeutic process in which patients meet in a confidential group setting with other patients that are experiencing similar stressors. Family/Couples Counseling/Family Support Services: Therapy that integrates the family and/or partner of patients experiencing mental health conditions, substance use disorders or co-occurring disorders. The goal is to educate, encourage and nurture change, growth and development. Psychopharmacology: Medication evaluation for mental health disorders to support counseling.
