Who can we help?
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) are designed to provide a flexible and comprehensive treatment option for a wide range of clients who require intensive support for various mental health and addiction issues. Clients who can benefit typically include those transitioning from residential or inpatient care to a lower level of care, individuals with moderate to severe substance use disorders or mental health conditions, and those who need structured therapy and counseling while maintaining their daily routines and responsibilities. We offer a balance between therapeutic interventions and personal freedom, making them suitable for clients seeking a robust support system while continuing to engage with their communities and families. These programs are tailored to address specific client needs and provide a range of therapeutic services, making them a valuable resource for individuals on their path to recovery and improved mental health. What services do we offer?
In our program, clients receive one-on-one therapy sessions with licensed counselors or therapists to address their unique mental health or addiction issues. Group therapy sessions provide clients with the opportunity to share experiences, gain support from peers, and learn coping skills and strategies in a supportive group setting. Clients may also participate in educational sessions to learn about their condition, triggers, relapse prevention, and healthier coping mechanisms. For some clients, our psychiatrist may offer medication management services to monitor and adjust medications as needed. We also incorporate holistic approaches like art therapy and mindfulness techniques to promote overall well-being.
