Lasting Solutions works with all ages on a variety of mental health concerns (anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, ADHD, grief, separation, behavior issues, etc.). We provide treatment to all ages and have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds. We are LGBTQ+ affirming and provide a safe space for care. We are trauma-informed and well-trained.
Lasting Solutions is a licensed behavioral health center, providing therapy to the community. We have a team of well-trained and trauma-informed therapists who use a variety of therapeutic techniques/modalities (CBT, EMDR, ART, DBT, IFS, etc.). We offer both in-office and telehealth therapy. We do NOT provide medication management. Individualized care.
