Longbranch Recovery & Wellness is a residential treatment center that combines counseling with physician-managed care for addiction and co-occurring disorders, providing a holistic, compassionate, and intensive therapeutic approach to recovery. Our treatment protocol offers personalized, evidence-based care, focusing on underlying issues like grief, trauma, and PTSD, with a 6:1 clinician-to-client ratio. Residents will have weekly sessions with our psychologist and our psychiatrist, an expert in addiction treatment and integrative medicine. Our approach also includes multiple weekly meetings with your clinician, peer-group therapy sessions, and regular participation in yoga & meditation. We offer educational sessions led by a diverse group of doctors and clinicians and provide speakers from local recovery support groups. Additionally, residents attend outside recovery meetings to complement their healing journey. Families can expect a comprehensive care plan for up to 1 year, including case management, recommendations for sober living and extended care placements nationwide, transportation between facilities, and ongoing collaboration and communication with referring clinicians.

At The Refuge, A Healing Place, we provide residential programming for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders, eating disorders, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and self-harming behaviors. Treatment in our adult residential program typically lasts a minimum of 30 days, but a client's unique needs and circumstances determine their actual length of stay. Clients in residential treatment receive personalized care to aid in their healing journeys. Treatment is delivered by an expert team that is comprised of counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, registered dietitians, medical doctors, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, equine therapists, and certified trauma therapists. The Maples serves teenage females ages 13-18 who are struggling with mental health disorders, substance use, disordered eating, and trauma. Our inpatient treatment services are designed for patients age 18 and older who have been experiencing symptoms of mental health disorders such as bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. Meeting the unique personal needs of each patient is a priority at our hospital. That’s why each person who is admitted to our inpatient program completes a thorough medical and psychological assessment. We then create a personalized treatment plan that may include a variety of clinical services, such as basic medical care, medication management services, detoxification, individual therapy, multiple types of group therapy, and family therapy. We also develop detailed discharge plans to promote continued progress after a patient has completed their stay with us. Patients typically remain in our inpatient treatment program for five to seven days.

Everyday life can be overwhelming and there are times when we all need help. The programs at Jefferson Oaks Behavioral Health are designed to assist patients who are seeking more support than routine counseling can provide. To meet these needs, JOBH has developed the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and the Dual Diagnosis Program (DDIOP). Each of our programs provide comprehensive, short term, intensive treatment for levels of severity ranging from a discharge from an inpatient setting to those having difficulty managing ongoing stress, depression, or anxiety. Our patients are afforded the care and attention necessary to recover through group, individual and family therapy. Avenues Recovery Center at Louisiana is an inpatient residential facility which offers drug and alcohol rehabilitation services as well as withdrawal management. Its unique setup – one treatment facility surrounded by 10 beautiful, converted townhomes – enables clients to engage in full-time inpatient treatment while separately residing in a warm domestic setting, removing barriers and diminishing any institutionalized feeling. Staffed by skilled, passionate professionals, clients receive round – the – clock care in the most dignified and compassionate manner. Each staff member is 100% invested in the success of each client and contributes to the wonderful, pervasive homelike atmosphere – which consistently fosters openness and healing. Avenues’ mission is to enable individuals with addictions to redefine their lives as they journey through recovery with a dedicated team, individualized tools, and a supportive community.

The Ness Center at Northlake is where healing begins. We are able to provide outpatient opiate and/or alcohol detox for clients that are appropriate for the outpatient setting, should detox be required. We are also a MAT (medication assisted therapy) provider and can prescribe Suboxone and Vivitrol as well as other medications at the discretion of our medical director. We can fill prescriptions onsite and right away. We provide group and individual counseling along with Continuing Care for up to six months. Our program is based on total sobriety and we encourage our clients to attend 12 step groups as well, but it is not required. The IOP requires a commitment of 4 days a week for three hours a day. We offer day group from 10-1 and evening group from 6-9.
