Betrayal Trauma Group
This group is for partners betrayed by infidelity in a romantic relationship. The group will offer participants the space to share experiences of hurt and vulnerability and to build necessary social bonds at a time when connecting with others is inaccessible or painful. Members actively participate in selecting what aspects of infidelity recovery to address, but frequent topics include coping strategies, betrayal trauma recovery, addressing rumination and negative self-talk, and rebuilding self-esteem. This group is ongoing and is offered at multiple times. Participants may join at any time.

Men's Therapy Group
This open, weekly, therapy group centers men and their striving for mental health. Members of the group discuss their lives openly, without the need to censor or please. Their honest and open processing helps provide an opportunity for all members to learn and grow from real life experience. Members support each other and offer contained but meaningful relationship. Topics discussed range from depression and anxiety to sexual health and wellness to trauma and addiction recovery.

Men's Sex Addiction Group
This sex addiction therapy group is for adult men working to address compulsive or out-of-control sexual behavior. The group will work together to address issues with secrecy, shame, compulsive sexual behavior, boundary violations, and/or difficulty aligning sexual behavior with personal values. This group offers a structured, non-shaming space to understand sexual behavior more clearly, build self-awareness, and practice honesty and responsibility in relationship with other men working to do the same. All adult men are welcome regardless of sexual orientation, identity, or racial/ethnic background.
