Ketamine infusion therapy is a breakthrough treatment for patients with depression and associated conditions who have not responded to medications, psychotherapy, and other treatments. A series of ketamine treatments can be quick and life-changing for certain treatment-resistant patients.
We use state-of-the-art monitoring equipment to ensure your comfort and safety during the ketamine infusion process. This includes continuous blood pressure, heart rhythm, and blood oxygen level assessments. Patients are supervised by 2 physicians (a Psychiatrist and an Internist) during the infusions. All patients who have Ketamine infusions have a Medical Assistant present with them before, during, and after treatment. A complete psychiatric evaluation for appropriateness, safety, diagnosis, and treatment options is completed before the patient starts a course of treatment with us. In addition to Ketamine infusion therapy, we offer a variety of treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, Electroconvulsive therapy (at an ECT suite at a local hospital), and a full range of psychotropic medications.
