Jones Wellness Center is a mental health and trauma Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serving adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. We honor the mind-body connection, recognize the nervous system’s role in healing, and use a multidisciplinary model that restores the whole person. Blending modern neuroscience with evidence-based and body-based practices, we help clients feel at ease, more connected, and empowered in daily life.
Our IOP blends neuroscience, evidence-based therapy, and holistic practices to heal the whole person. We address trauma, anxiety, and depression by regulating the nervous system, breaking maladaptive coping behaviors, and building compassionate inner dialogue. Each plan is customized for every stage of recovery.
We help adults and adolescents heal through small-group care and an integrative approach that treats you as a whole person, not a diagnosis. Therapies may include EMDR, somatic/polyvagal work, art therapy, and more—creating space for self-expression, compassion, and lasting change on your path to recovery.
