A Creative Approach to Healing
At InTouch & Motion, we offer more than just traditional psychotherapy and counseling. We embrace an innovative approach through creative arts therapies, utilizing art, dance, music, and drama to help you access, clarify, and express your thoughts, ideas, and emotions. Whether you talk, draw, sing, scream, leap, or find stillness, all forms of expression are welcome here. We believe that your unique journey deserves a unique approach. Creative arts therapies provide insights and skills that traditional talk therapy alone may not offer. By engaging in these creative processes, you can explore new perspectives, support your growth, and facilitate healing in ways that resonate deeply with you. Our therapists are trained in traditional counseling and creative arts therapies, allowing us to offer diverse services tailored to your individual needs. Let us help you find the right balance and the best path to your healing and growth. Holistic Healing for Everyone
We strive to create an open, creative, and healing environment where individuals, couples, children, and families can access their greatest selves. Our areas of specialization include trauma, culture and identity issues, significant life changes, anxiety and depression, and support for creative individuals seeking growth beyond traditional talk therapy. Understanding that a family member's struggles can impact everyone, we offer comprehensive support to help your entire family. We provide services in English, Spanish, Urdu, Japanese, and ASL to ensure accessibility for diverse communities. We offer Dance/Movement Therapy: Ideal for those experiencing body-based symptoms or seeking mindfulness tools and support in connecting mind and body. Art Therapy: Perfect for individuals who find it challenging to verbalize their emotions and wish to explore visual expression. Drama Therapy: Great for individuals who enjoy acting, writing, or using theatrical elements to explore and express emotions. Expressive Arts Therapy: A multimodal approach that integrates various art forms, allowing for a holistic and flexible therapeutic experience. Reach out for a free consultation.
