Sierra Tucson provides premier outpatient services for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders and mental health concerns. Our outpatient program gives clients the chance to begin or continue their healing process while maintaining their daily routines. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides intensive care that is less restrictive than inpatient hospitalization. PHP participants can receive treatment four days per week for around seven hours daily and go home at night. Our partial hospitalization program offers various medical services and therapies, including group, individual and family counseling. A multidisciplinary team of experienced and licensed counselors, therapists, social workers, nurses and physicians provides these treatments. Those who participate in our PHP typically complete at least two weeks of programming before moving to our intensive outpatient program. Embark Behavioral Health in Phoenix, Arizona, previously known as Doorways Counseling Center, is an outpatient treatment program whose therapists help adolescents, teens, and young adults with mental health issues. Our outpatient treatment helps young people struggling with issues like eating disorders through an intensive outpatient program (IOP), an eating disorder IOP, and a therapeutic day treatment program (also known as a partial hospitalization program, or PHP). 3 Levels of Treatment: PHP, IOP & Ongoing Therapy. Recovery Center for the Arts offers 3 Levels of treatment plans designed to empower adult individuals to reclaim their lives, rediscover their inner strengths, and embrace lasting wellness. Level 1: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Provides a structured program of outpatient substance abuse and addiction recovery services. Treatment is provided during the day, 5 days a week, for 4 weeks. Inpatient overnight stay not required but supportive living at for men at Garfield House is available for the duration of PHP. Options for women available. Level 2: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Is an intensive treatment plan that offers therapy and support sessions several times a week, allowing individuals to maintain their daily routines and responsibilities while receiving focused treatment for addiction. In addition, after completing PHP it is recommended that clients continue with IOP. Care coordinators can help ALL genders secure short and long-term supportive housing. Level 3. Ongoing Outpatient Therapy Involves regularly scheduled counseling and therapeutic sessions for ongoing support.

Sierra Tucson provides a full continuum of care for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to substances like alcohol, opioids and benzos. We offer inpatient, residential and outpatient services that can help clients wherever they are in their recovery journeys. Clients who come to our facility with drugs or alcohol in their systems can begin their treatment with detox programming. This service can help them safely rid their bodies of toxic substances. For clients who are experiencing acute symptoms of behavioral health or addiction concerns, we can provide inpatient care. Once they have stabilized, they can move to our residential program or participate in our outpatient programs. We have a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that allow clients to return home after treatment each day. For clients who have substance use disorders and mental health concerns like depression and anxiety, we can provide dual diagnosis treatment at each program level.

In Balance, is a Joint Commission accredited and state licensed intensive outpatient program dedicated to providing top quality, interactive services for clients with substance abuse and mental health co-occurring disorders. Its very name is derived from its commitment to address all four elements of an individual's human being: physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. In Balance works in three different ways: using a 12-step curriculum, group therapy led by a skilled clinician and incorporating experiential based therapy. Our philosophy is that by mixing up the different modalities, the group members feel an excitement about each and every session. Our program is currently only serving adults 18 and older.
