We are a group private practice striving to provide a genuine, open, and trusting experience with in-depth therapeutic work. We work closely with my clients to achieve their goals while also encouraging them to challenge themselves to grow. We believe that healing occurs with the right support and validation, genuine connection with others, and unconditional acceptance. It's important to bring ourselves as we are to therapy with our full range of emotions (anger, sadness, and humor!)
We use integrated modalities to help clients work through mental health challenges. One size does not fit all for clients in therapy! We work with clients to find the right fit of treatment to meet their unique needs. We work with a variety of issues. Counselors have different training including EMDR, CBT, Somatic work, Choice Theory, mindfulness and more.
It can be tough to find the right fit with a counselor and feel like you are talking to someone who gets you! Starting counseling is hard, so let's make it easier for you.
