We are a private psychotherapy practice in Corona, Queens. We have extensive experience successfully assessing, counseling and supporting varying client populations in multiple settings, We have multiple bilingual specialized professionals for your service and care. We specialize in all types of psychological disorders, ADHD, ADD, ODD, Depression, Anxiety to name a few. We provide parenting classes, marriage counseling, psychotherapy for adolescents, group family therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy for children, students with academic and behavioral problems, response prevention and more.

By working together in a collaborative relationship, we can build a balanced, meaningful, fulfilling life.
Sessions are a safe space to discuss problem areas, identify and strengthen patterns that have been working well, and find alternate approaches for patterns that haven't been leading to desired outcomes. You will leave each session with tools to alleviate suffering, decrease conflict, and expand positivity in your life outside of the therapy room. Our approach incorporates psychoeducation surrounding such topics as systems theories, attachment, and neuropsychology so that you have a deeper understanding of how the therapeutic process impacts the mind and the body to help resolve issues
