Life is hard enough. Getting help should not be stressful. You can get all of your mental health and substance use disorders treatment in one place--and we will collaborate with each other to get you the best care. We offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychological testing, Medication Assisted Treatment and individual, couples, family, play, and group therapy. Appointments are available within 48 hours with an expert in his/her field. One of us will call you and help you figure out the best path for you and your family. Specialties include: depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, bi-polar disorder, drug/alcohol dependence, trauma, alcohol moderation, LGBTQ, life transitions, DBT, and marriage counseling.
Dealing with an alcohol or drug issue?
We can help. We know that substance use occurs on a spectrum and not everyone is an "addict" or "alcoholic." Often people participate in a group and individual therapy, but you might just need an education or relapse prevention.The Dual Diagnosis Recovery Program© has tracts for adolescents and their parents, young adults, and adults because each age group has different needs. You will learn WHY you or a loved one is using drugs or alcohol and get tools to manage life better. If you have a DUI or other legal charge, our services satisfy ASAP requirements. You can get drug/alcohol testing and/or Breathlyzers on-site and necessary paperwork for your lawyer or probation officer. If you are unsure of whether your drinking is a problem, you can learn more in Cyndi Turner's #1 new release book "Can I Keep Drinking? How You Can Decide When Enough is Enough" and meet with a therapist trained in alcohol moderation.
Tried therapy before and it didn't help?
This is a common frustration. Maybe you have had a bad experience before. Don't give up. We are usually not people's first therapist so we figure out what worked and what did not previously. Your time and money is valuable. Therapy is more than talking. We will help you identify your goals and work with you to find an action plan. Our therapists have an average of twenty years' experience and specialty training in addictions, marriage counseling, and trauma. Alcohol Safety Action Program
This group satisfies the requirements for individuals who are court ordered to treatment by ASAP. You will first complete an evaluation and then likely attend a twelve week group, submit to urine drug/alcohol testing, and participate in two recovery related activities. Some may participate in individual or family therapy. No 12-step meetings are required. All necessary paperwork will be sent to your case manager.
