We are Innovative Health Systems
Innovative Health Systems is an OASAS regulated 822 outpatient and day rehab facility for Adults and Adolescents. We are located in downtown White Plains and have been serving both White Plains and the neighboring communities in Westchester County for close to 40 years. Innovative Health is family-owned and a leader in the community through its diverse treatment options, including the largest buprenorphine/Medication Assisted Treatment program in Westchester. We have over two hundred patients that are diagnosed with alcohol and substance use disorders, often with co-occurring mental health diagnoses. We have a dedicated Spanish speaking team of administrative, clinical, and medical personnel. Innovative Health Systems Services Offered
Innovative Health offers compassionate, patient-centered care for those with substance use disorders. We pride ourselves on high quality, trauma-informed care through the work of our dedicated team of licensed professionals consisting of Mental Health Counselors, Substance Abuse Counselors, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. This is a credit to our leadership team both on the Clinical and Medical side which have over 60 years of experience combined in the Addiction Treatment. Innovative Health Systems provides many treatment options, including the largest buprenorphine/Medication Assisted Treatment program in Westchester. We have over two hundred patients that are diagnosed with alcohol and substance use disorders, often with co-occurring mental health diagnoses. We over one on one sessions with individual counselor's as well as a Day Rehab Program Monday through Friday. We offer telehealth and Walk-ins too. Innovative Health Systems Mission
