Innerspace Counseling's Groups
Youth Intensive Outpatient (8-11 yrs)
Youth ages 8-11 attend this DBT based group as part of the IOP program. (It is not offered outside of IOP) This program is appropriate for youth with behavioral and/or emotional needs, on the autism spectrum, ADHD, school fear/refusal, self esteem and confidence issues, anxiety, depression, organizational and self regulation needs, and more.
Adolescent IOP or PHP
The Teen groups are for ages 12-17. The Intensive Outpatient, or IOP group, meets from 4-6 PM on M, W, & TH. The groups are DBT-based and are provided along with individual counseling, medication management, and family sessions. The Partial Care program is a day program meeting M-F from 8 AM - 3 PM. Teen Partial includes group and individual therapy, medication management, family sessions, and tutoring to assist with remote learning. Teens experiencing anxiety, depression, school refusal, lack of social skills, ADHD, self harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, behavioral issues, anger issues, and more.
Adult IOP or PHP
The Adult IOP program meets from 10 AM -1 PM 3 days per week. Clients can choose which days work best for them between M-F when starting program. The groups are offered as part of the Intensive Outpatient Program which also includes individual therapy, medication management, and family sessions. The PHP program is a day program that meets M-F from 10 AM -3:30 PM and includes additional groups along with individual counseling, medication management, and family sessions. Each program treats anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, mood disorders, bipolar, OCD, anger issues, co-occurring substance use, and more.
