At ILS, we specialize in serving individuals who have experienced trauma, and are looking for ways to heal their minds and bodies from the impact of lived experiences. We serve pre-teens, teens, and adults who want to gain more insight and awareness around their patterns and symptoms that get in the way of feeling safe and living the way they want.
