How We Can Help
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is designed for individuals requiring intensive daily support while still returning home in the evenings. This program is ideal for those experiencing significant mental health challenges, such as severe anxiety, depression, or trauma-related disorders. Participants engage in a structured schedule of therapeutic activities, including individual therapy, group sessions, and skill-building workshops, all aimed at fostering stability and promoting recovery. PHP serves as a crucial step for individuals transitioning from inpatient care or those who need more support than traditional outpatient services can offer. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a flexible alternative. IOP allows clients to participate in treatment several times a week while managing their daily responsibilities. This program is particularly beneficial for individuals ready to engage in recovery but needing ongoing support to navigate challenges in their personal and professional lives.
