Teen Mental Health Care
Imagine by Northpoint Lincoln is an outpatient treatment center for adolescents ages 12–18 who are struggling with mental health challenges. We offer both a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), giving teens the care they need while staying connected to home, school, and community.
