Imagine by Northpoint is an outpatient mental health treatment center for adolescents ages 12-17 in Ft. Collins, CO. Our treatment consists of a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP). We work with teens who suffer from mental health and substance use challenges.
