Mental Health Treatment for Adolescents
Imagine by Northpoint is an outpatient mental health treatment center for adolescents ages 13-17 in Ft. Collins, CO. Our treatment consists of a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP). We work with teens that suffer from mental health, co-occuring or behavioral conditions. We provide necessary coping skills and tools to transition back into their home, community and schooling system.

Imagine by Northpoint provides evidence-based, individualized, full-day & 5 days a week treatment for teens suffering from mental health or behavioral conditions. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) consists of individual counseling, group therapy, medication management, art therapy, meditation and mindfulness, and many other therapeutic practices.
