About
I work well with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I believe that lasting change comes when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain to change. This intersection between pain and change is part of all of us at different times in our lives. We must connect with others and something greater than ourselves in those interceding times. I believe that purposeful living brings us the greatest potential for lasting happiness.
I'm very personable and straight forward. I often use guided visualization, nature, and mindfulness. I respect all spiritual beliefs. I encourage my clients to connect with their higher power as they see it. I strive to keep an open-mind and meet clients were they are in their journey.
I encourage clients to seek purposeful solutions for change, following their own values compass. When our mind, body, and soul are in harmony we are able to live the life that we really desire.
