Women's Therapy Group
Led by Danielle Grady, LPC Our women's group is open to women of all ages who want support to get through life's challenges. The group is open to many topics, but some common ones include: depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, resentment, and relationship stress. This group is a safe place for women to share and process their emotions with the support of other women.

Substance Abuse Recovery Group
"My name is Brad May and I have facilitated close to 1000 substance abuse groups in my career and I have seen the power of the group - peers encouraging peers - lead to many people in early recovery finding the strength and courage to move forward in sobriety and put the effort into making their lives better. I have over 15 years of continuous recovery myself. I use a 12 step/spiritual model, as well as many Buddhist philosophies. I always consider any pathway to recovery that the client is willing to invest in."
