The Hospital for Behavioral Medicine (HBM) offers innovative inpatient services for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Inpatient services focus on crisis stabilization, medication management, group treatment and discharge/transition planning. Our dedicated staff of doctors, nurses, case managers, and mental health technicians are committed to providing the highest quality of patient care, bringing creativity, expressive arts, and best practices to manage and reduce unsafe behaviors. Immediate openings for PHP and IOP!
Hospital for Behavioral Medicine outpatient Programs (PHP and IOP) are group - focused programs for adults with psychiatric or dual diagnoses (co-occurring psychiatric and substance use) disorders. Partial hospitalization programs provide highly structured, short-term intensive treatment five days a week from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Adult PHP either continues the stabilization and treatment initiated on an inpatient unit or functions as an alternative to hospitalization. Patients receive focused, goal-orientated treatment to facilitate stabilization of symptoms in a less restrictive environment. Our caring and compassionate staff forms a multidisciplinary treatment team of licensed mental health counselors, nurses, social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and expressive therapists.
