Path To Sobriety
The path to getting sober and drug free is never the same for any two people. Here at Hope's Horizon, we customize individualized treatment plans to help each individual get on the track to recovery. If you're looking for more information about rehabilitation and recovery, either for yourself, a friend or a loved one, we are happy to discuss treatment options with you. We believe that the therapy process is an integral part of recovery. It is exciting to see the changes that occur in our clients as they learn to reclaim their independence from the disease of addiction. About Hope's Horizon
Hope's Horizon is a Family Focused Substance Abuse Program in Nottingham, Maryland offering outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care. We provide medically monitored on-site alcohol and benzodiazepine detox services as well as suboxone maintenance. Each client will receive a full clinical assessment and be assigned to a Primary Counselor that will work with them throughout their treatment episode to achieve their personal goals. After hours services will be offered to family members who are seeking support in learning to manage with a loved one battling addiction. Specialized Groups
We offer a variety of specialized groups, focusing on the client as a whole. Groups topics include: Relapse Prevention, Anger Management, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Life Skills/Vocational, Co-Occurring Disorders, Interpersonal Relationships, Mindfulness, 12 Step Exploration, Health in Recovery, and Family Dynamics. We offer DWI assessments with appointments available the same day or within 24 hours as well as a certified 6-week DWI/DUI course approved by the Department of Mental Health and Hygiene.
