At Hope’s Destiny, we are dedicated to supporting teens and adults who are struggling with mental health challenges, substance use issues, or co-occurring disorders. We provide specialized care for adolescents facing complex mental health challenges, substance use concerns, and trauma, utilizing the Seeking Safety curriculum to address trauma and co-occurring disorders in a structured and supportive environment. For adults, our comprehensive programs are tailored to meet the needs of those struggling with mental health, addiction, or both. By offering separate treatment tracks for mental health and substance use, we ensure personalized care that empowers individuals to heal and thrive. We also recognize the vital role families play in the recovery process and provide guidance and support to help loved ones heal together. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or someone you care about, our team is here to provide the tools, skills, and encouragement needed to rediscover hope and achieve lasting recovery. We take a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to care, combining proven therapeutic modalities with a wide range of supportive services to help individuals achieve lasting recovery. Our programs include Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our treatment incorporates a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. For adolescents, we use the Seeking Safety curriculum, which emphasizes trauma resolution and skill-building in a structured and supportive environment. Holistic therapies, such as mindfulness practices, yoga, and art therapy, complement our evidence-based approaches, promoting healing for the mind and body. In addition to therapy, we provide psychiatric services, including medication management and Medication Assisted Treatment, as well as case management to address the broader needs of our clients. For adolescents, academic support is integrated into their treatment plan. Through a collaborative approach, our multidisciplinary team helps individuals find hope as they navigate their journey to recovery. LET US HELP
