Hope Ave Therapy is a group of warm, skilled, experienced and effective psychotherapists who practice in Waltham, MA and serve the Greater Boston community. We aim to cultivate an environment where individuals and groups can speak candidly, explore their feelings and better understand themselves. We prioritize trust and authenticity as key tenets of the relationship between a client and therapist and prefer to work collaboratively toward clients’ goals.
Working with children, teens, young adults, college students, adults, older adults, parents, families and couples, we provide treatments for many specialty areas including depression, anxiety, grief, loss of a loved one, borderline personality disorder, Latinx mental health, sports psychology, postpartum depression, LGBTQ+ issues, complex medical conditions, suicidality/self-harm, eating disorders, juvenile justice and more.
We also offer group therapy aimed at fostering a sense of belonging and community while also developing self-awareness and understanding.

This all gender group provides a confidential space for young adults to discuss, reflect, and receive feedback on the interpersonal dynamics present in their relationships with others. This group will help members to increase their understanding of their own interpersonal style and how people impact one another, and aims to increase confidence, decrease anxiety in social situations, facilitate connectedness, and foster a sense of community. Members will work towards feeling empowered to explore new ways of relating both within the group and within their personal lives.
