Your Teen’s Stay
Our facility is based in the tropical foothills of Agoura Hills, California. Rustic, yet elegant, it is uniquely situated and designed to provide and nurture healing. We focus on the key principles of mind-body health in our mostly unplugged and small group environment. We cater to the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring our diverse treatment plans address the physical, emotional, mental, psychological, and nutritional.
Your Teen’s Treatment
At Hillcrest, we believe in taking a well-rounded approach to wellness, especially since this is a crucial time of development for your teen. Our treatment modalities are evidence-based and clinical, combined with and supported by holistic and innovative methods. Our clinical treatment includes family therapy, multi-family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Our holistic therapies work in tandem with our clinical, and includes psychodrama, expressive art therapy, stress reduction, psychoeducation, dance, poetry, yoga, canine and equine therapies, aquatic therapy, fitness, and life skills.
