Trauma Informed medications and talk therapy.
We treat all client based on their needs. We specialize in Trauma-Storming TM informed medication management and talk therapy. We ask the question what happened to you, not the traditional lens of what is wrong with you. We use different therapy modalities including EMDR. We also believe in using medication slowly and with careful consideration. Meds can be very and helpful and sometimes necessary but talk therapy is the most effective thing we can provide for you.
