Substance Abuse/Mental Health Outpatient Treatment
Healthy U Behavioral Health (formerly Sober Life) truly understands. We demonstrate compassion & confidentiality about people reaching out for help. We deeply CARE! You can count on us to support you or a loved one with substance abuse or mental health support. The services we provide are individual, group, family and couples therapy, as well as, psychiatric evaluation/med management (including MAT), case management, urine drug screening, community resource linkages, sober living and transportation. Our treatment center is co-ed: morning/evening and virtual programming for all adults, working professionals and adolescents (13-17). Levels of Care
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)- 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) from 9am-3pm Intensive Outpatient (IOP)- 3-5 days per week from 9am-12pm We offer evening in-person or virtual programming Monday night through Friday night from 5pm-8pm & Saturday groups also.
