At Healthy Growth Mindset, LLC, we believe people don’t need to be fixed—they need to be understood, supported, and met with compassion.
We provide outpatient therapy as well as a high-intensity outpatient level of support for individuals who are going through a particularly challenging season and need more than once-a-week therapy. Our work is grounded in respect for neurodiversity, emotional safety, and the belief that growth happens best when people feel seen rather than judged.

High Intensity Out Patient Program
Some clients need more structure, connection, and therapeutic support than traditional outpatient therapy can offer—without needing inpatient or hospital-based care.
Our high-intensity outpatient services provide a more supported and intentional therapeutic experience while allowing clients to remain at home and engaged in their daily lives.
