Hazelden Betty Ford's Center for Teens, Young Adults and Families in Plymouth, MN is where we've been helping those impacted by the disease of addiction for more than 30 years. Our innovative COR-12 program is the latest in our evidence-based practices. This program uses medications to help those addicted to pain pills, heroin or other opiates so we can successfully treat young people more successfully.
