Groups
Intensive Outpatient Services
Group meetings are held four nights a week to address mental health, chemical dependency, and dual diagnosis challenges. This group includes men and women (ages 17 and older). The group provides tools and support in overcoming disordered thinking and behaviors. The comprehensive curriculum (12 or 24-week) addresses all facets of the recovery process. This includes individual counseling, accountability, and urinalysis outside of the 90-minute psychoeducation and group sessions. Cost: $120 per week (includes 4 group sessions & 1 individual session). Urine Drug Screens are $15. Please call 912-417-4320 to sign up.

Support Group for Single Moms
Psychoeducation and support group teaching skills relating to: stress management, self-care, coping, boundaries, parenting, time management, positive communication, and discipline. Group facilitators are Michaela, Tina, and Tra'Kissa. Sessions are held via Telemental Health conference calls so no need to leave home. Free of charge for HUGS clients. First Responders Support Group
HUGS is partnering with two other non-profits who provide services for Veterans, Military families, and First Responders. Our mission is to make support groups, led by mental health professionals, available to those dealing with PTSD and trauma-related emotional struggles. Group is free of charge.
