The mental health spectrum is wide and because of that everyone’s needs will differ. My ideal client is someone who desires change, or support, and is actively in pursuit of their mental health goals.

I work with clients of all ages — children, adolescents, and adults — including young adults, BIPOC communities, and those navigating anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions. Clients come to me carrying experiences like depression, grief, low self-esteem, stress, and relationship challenges, seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal. Using a person-centered, strengths-based approach with CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy, I help clients build coping skills, process emotions, and move forward with confidence and resilience.
