We are currently open to new clients across West Michigan for Outpatient Counseling, Psychiatry Services, and Substance Use Services. We serve all ages - ranging from children as young as 5 years old to teenagers to adults. At Wedgwood, we aim to serve and meet the needs of “anyone who walks through our doors” - whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, PTSD, or other mental or behavioral health challenges. Sanford Behavioral Health at John Street is a CARF-accredited residential & outpatient addiction treatment & co-occurring disorders center. Characterized by robust excursions, evidence-based practices, nutritional guidance, & a psychiatrist-led medical & clinical team, Sanford offers excellence in the treatment of drugs (including stimulants & opioids) & alcohol in a restorative setting. Sanford patients & their therapists work collaboratively to establish an individualized plan for treatment & recovery. The program includes a full continuum of care, medical detox, medication management, 12-step meetings, chef, mindfulness, & art therapy—alumni & family support. Placement in a Sanford facility is determined at medical & psychiatric assessment

Founded in 2015, Sanford Behavioral Health is licensed and accredited as a substance use disorder, eating disorder, and co-occurring mental health treatment facility, serving Michigan and beyond. Sanford House at Cherry Street is a full continuum addiction treatment center for adult women 18 years and older. Sanford is led by a growing team of medical, clinical, and support personnel providing medication-assisted, evidenced-based treatment to residential, outpatient, and telehealth patients. We offer adult female-gendered individuals an intimate, homelike, and decidedly non-institutional environment to heal. Residents live onsite while they attend group, individual, and family therapy sessions, receive medical and psychiatric check-ups and participate in wellness activities. This option provides 24/7 access to the support of our medical team. Our clinicians offer specialized care and follow a program accentuating each woman’s inherent values and strengths. Co-ed sessions and outside recovery or 12-step meetings are included in the program. Rigorous excursions rekindle previous passions for nature, art, movement, etc.

Sanford Outpatient Center for Addiction Treatment is conveniently located 12 minutes from Greater Grand Rapids, in Marne, Michigan. We offer substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment to adults 18 or older. Programs are offered in person or via telehealth. The Outpatient Center has flexible, innovative, individualized recovery programs for those with work, child care, school, or other obligations. Outpatient treatment allows for continuing everyday activities while integrating effective strategies to manage recovery. Sanford Outpatient Center is a great place to gather for treatment and community support. A psychiatrist-led multidisciplinary team of medical and clinical professionals backs all our programs. Programs and services include medical and psychiatric assessments, medical detox, day programs (PHP), half-day programs (IOP only 3 hours a day 3 days a week), outpatient groups, medication management & MAT, post-acute detox, alums & family support, and supportive living. Our facility is comfortable and beautiful, with custom furniture, original artwork, a beverage station, the Sanford Café, a discreet entrance, and free parking.

Since 2016 we have been the leader of co-occurring addiction/mental health treatment services in Michigan. Our passionate team at Skywood is clinically prepared to facilitate medically supervised Detox, Residential Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive outpatient, and/or Virtual outpatient services. Our serene 300-acre campus provides patients the ultimate tranquil experience with miles of walking trails, fishing ponds, climbing walls, yoga, bicycle rides, disc golf and plenty of sober activities. At Harbor Oaks Hospital, we provide an efficient admissions process, with intake staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help people get the care they need quickly. Potential patients can contact our intake department by phone or through our website. Before admission to our depression treatment program, our team conducts an assessment for each potential patient that helps us determine if our facility is right for them. We can also verify benefits with their health insurance provider at this time. Following the individual’s evaluation, one of our doctors recommends the most appropriate level of care for them. Our team is dedicated to helping each person who turns to us for support take the first brave step toward a brighter, happier future.
