The Cottages on Mountain Creek provides a holistic approach for stabilization and reintegration back into society for adults living with a Mental Health diagnosis (Schizophrenia, Bipolar, OCD, Major Depression and Anxiety, as well as other mental health diagnoses). The Cottages is accredited by the Joint Commission and has a 4th-year Resident Rotation with the Depart. of Psychiatry by a Teaching Hospital. Our program provides clinical therapies, as well as adjunct therapies. Programming includes a 24/7 residential treatment program, transitional housing (mental health and sober living) with case management and medication monitoring and day programming, as well as an out-patient drug and alcohol program. Additional services include assistance with helping our clients obtain employment. Programming for seniors includes depression and anxiety, Behavioral Health Care and Memory Care (documented and outcome driven). The Cottages on Mountain Creek is a licensed personal care home, as well as providing transitional independent living housing. Individual therapy includes CBT, DBT, EMDR and PTSD. We offer an affordable THOR (Transitional Housing for Offender Re-Entry) Approved Christ-Centered 12+ month intensive program for men 18+. Our fees are intentionally kept affordable. Eligible men can start working after 90 days into the program. However, prior to that, they are not allowed to work outside of the house due to the intensive nature of our treatment.
