Futures helps individuals establish a foothold in recovery and a plan to sustain lasting health and wellbeing. Adults from surrounding communities and around the world come to our treatment facilities in Tequesta, Florida to receive comprehensive, coordinated care for the complex disease of addiction and its co-occurring mental health disorders. Every member of the Futures’ team is a compassionate adIn our approach to meet the needs of the individual, our clinical staff utilizes evidenced based treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and experiential approaches to meet the needs of the individual. All therapy modalities are offered in group and individual therapy session formats. We treat each person as an individual with a unique set of challenges, and each as a whole person whose physical, psychological and emotional health are critical components of treatment and recovery.
