Full Spectrum Recovery and Counseling is an outpatient treatment clinic located in Santa Barbara, California. Our Harm Reduction approach is informed by the needs of the client. We are trained and skilled in EMDR (Level II) and trauma focused therapy. The foundation of our practice is a compassionate and client centered philosophy that supports the client to harness their own motivation to shift their life, rather than change for someone else.You may be frustrated with passive and ineffectual therapy.
