About Front Porch
Front Porch is a primary, co-occurring, substance abuse intensive residential program for adult men. Set in a private home on a secluded 7-acre property, 15 minutes from historic downtown Savannah, Front Porch is an inpatient/residential substance use treatment center with lengths of stay spanning 30, 60, 90 days and beyond. We pride ourselves on being a small and gender-specific dual diagnosis program serving adult men (18 and older). Men face their own unique challenges and require treatment designed to address those issues. Front Porch can treat sex/love/internet, gambling, video game and other issues along with substance use. At Front Porch, we are an inpatient, intensive and immersive relational treatment experience with a trauma informed lens. What that means is that healing happens in our home setting, with horses, dogs, and only 6 clients at a time. We end up being a "family" unlike any family any of us have ever known.
