Fountain Wellness is a private group outpatient practice specializing in addiction and substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, trauma, and borderline personality disorder. Our licensed mental health providers treat individuals and families through a harm reduction framework, culturally-informed and evidence-based care, providing a variety of therapeutic modalities that include CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, Art Therapy, Geek Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Trauma-Informed Therapy. Outdoor and in-home sessions are available.

Gaming group for teens offers group-based gameplay that promotes communication, collaboration, and social cue recognition. Led by therapist Daniel Grenchik, LPCC, the group is particularly beneficial for teens experiencing ADHD, OCD, Neurodivergence, and/or social challenges. Therapeutic benefits include: Identity exploration through character creation and development; Narrative therapy as players tell their stories through fantasy personas; Executive function skills like planning, organization, and adaptability are organically practiced; Safe emotional expression by projecting struggles, strengths, and fears onto fictional characters; and Improved social cohesion with peers facing similar challenges.
