Foundations Minnesota at Minneapolis is a drug and alcohol treatment center that exclusively serves members of the LGBTQ+ community. Since 1986, we have used evidence-based therapies to address substance use disorder, trauma and PTSD, sexual health, and co-occurring mental health issues in an inclusive and accepting environment. Services include Partial Hospitalization (PHP) with optional housing, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Virtual Outpatient treatment, with individualized care plans based on a comprehensive clinical assessment.
