Support That Works - On and Off Duty
Forge VFR works exclusively with veterans, active service members, law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatchers, and other high-stress professionals. Most aren’t looking for traditional therapy — they want better sleep, fewer replays of the call, less edge, and the ability to leave work at work.
We understand the culture of service, the pressure to perform, and the hesitation to ask for help. Our clinicians are experienced in working with trauma exposure, hypervigilance, anger, anxiety, guilt, burnout, substance use, and relationship strain. Care is direct, confidential, and goal-focused — built for people who run towards crisis. The Forge Care Model
Care is structured, practical, and results oriented. We use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, and targeted skills for sleep, emotional regulation, and stress recovery. Individual and group therapy, and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) provide flexible options that fit demanding schedules. You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone
Our goal isn’t to change who you are-it's to help your nervous system stand down. If things have been stacking up, you’re not the only one. Many in your field wait because they believe they should handle it themselves. We get that. When you’re ready for things to feel steadier off duty, we’re here.
