The Bougainvilla House (TBH) for family therapy programs have been clinically developed to help teens and young adults manage life's difficulties. This approach has been proven successful in assisting our clients accomplish their goals and aspirations. We utilize innovative strength based therapy approaches focusing on our clients emotional and physical needs. We assist our clients in discovering what works for them through utilizing resources and helping them to adapt to various environments.

Milestones provides residential as well as day treatment programs for individuals suffering with Compulsive Overeating, Bulimia, Anorexia, and related disorders. We are a therapeutic community whose mission is to offer a supportive environment from which to begin a new way of life... a life way we refer to as "recovery." Milestones follows a "blended" approach to treatment - addressing both the "addictive" and emotional aspects of an eating disorder. Residents attend a full schedule of group and individual activities during the day as well as participate in various support groups during evenings and weekends. Grocery shopping, meal preparation, and "real world" experiences are an integral part of the program. Established in October 2013, IndiHeartandMind, Inc. is the result of our founder’s own personal journey to wholeness. Having lost his grandfather to dementia at a young age and being thrust into the role of caregiver, witnessing the death of his best friend, experiencing life as a single dad, etc., these experiences, among others, were instrumental in motivating Ayinde Reid to study psychology and how people deal with stress. IHM is the result of Mr. Reid’s genuine desire to understand the hearts and minds of people and how individuals react to traumatic experiences.

The Institute for Life Renovation is a highly individualized Intensive Outpatient Program that treats complex individuals. We begin with a thorough assessment by a double Board-Certified Licensed Psychologist, which we use to develop a specialized treatment plan. Each patient's treatment vastly differs depending upon their needs. We have a comprehensive team of professionals for integrated care under one roof. We also have specialty tracks for those who struggle with disordered eating and/or substance abuse. Our program also has a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) track and is fully-adherent and certified in DBT.

Sunrise Detox Ft. Lauderdale is a licensed drug and alcohol medical detoxification facility. Dedicated to helping people who struggle with substance abuse, alcoholism, and co-occurring disorders recover, our staff is made up of caring, and licensed professionals in substance abuse treatment.

The Refuge, A Healing Place in Ocklawaha, Florida, provides a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who have mental health disorders, eating disorders, and substance use concerns. Our PHP takes place on the same campus as our detoxification and residential treatment programs. However, this treatment program is a stand-alone option, and clients reside in separate housing from those in the residential programs. Clients in our PHP take part in six hours of therapeutic programming seven days a week, for up to 30 days. Many people enter our PHP after completing one of our residential treatment programs, but some enter this level of care directly. During the day, clients participate in therapies to learn more about mental health and addictions, develop valuable coping skills, and set goals for the future. Clients can also enjoy a variety of activities, including yoga, sculpting, ropes courses, and canoeing. Our PHP promotes continued healing and prepares clients for life beyond treatment.
